Still?

Well, we officially have a stubborn child. Still no baby. And a very frustrated pregnant mommy. I went to the doctor yesterday and he wanted to discuss our "options" and "plan of action." Great. The one thing I really didn't want to endure was an induction but it looks as if our little man is going to start life making his mother highly unhappy. I'm going to venture that this proves boys come pre-programmed to make girls mad :)

Regardless, we just want a healthy little guy so unless he decides to make an appearance before Monday, it looks like induction may be our only real option. Babies can't live in there forever!

I've already left for my maternity leave starting this week. I'm not comfortable being more than 30 minutes from my hospital or doctor so I decided to start my leave now. It's been nice and leisurely but I know that this is the last time in my life that everything will be nice and leisurely. So I'm enjoying it while I can! Besides, it takes a bit longer for me to get from point A to point B anyway, so not having anywhere to be at any certain time has been great.

And since all I'm doing is playing the waiting game, I'm going to "treat" everyone to a stupid quiz. Cuz' I want to.


Do you sleep with socks on or off: Off. But only because Tony Law told me that his voodoo priestess grandmother said if you sleep with your socks on and they come off in the night, then a spirit has your soul. It's completely ridiculous, I know, but I've never slept in socks since he told me that.

Do you flip your pillow to the cold side? I never even realized this was something people do. I will flip it if I've drooled on it (gross).

Do you like to hold or be held? Depends on the person and the situation.

Do you want a small or big wedding? I had a tiny wedding. And it was perfect for me and Justin.

What are 3 things you want to do before you die? Have this baby(!), meet my great-grandchilren, European travel - I don't know, I don't really think about things like this.

If your dream was to be a model and a big opportunity came up but you had to be nude, would you do it? If my dream were to be a model I would understand that this would be a common situation. I'm not saying models "sell their bodies" per se - but really, that's kind of what you're doing.

What is the most money you would spend on a pair of shoes? $200 - because I have. And they are awesome boots.

What woke you up this morning? The cats breaking into our bedroom at 5:00a.m. After that it was Justin's alarm clock at 7:30.

Where are you? In my kitchen. I love not being at work! (The enthusiasm will end within a week I assure you)

How was your weekend? Awesome. I didn't really do anything and it was great.

Ever thrown up in public? Hahahahaa. Of course. And no, rarely were my public purgings alcohol related. I just throw up a lot.

Passed out because of alcohol? Really only once. And even then I was sure to pass out on my side because I didn't want to end up like Jimmy Hendrix. See, even wasted I'm practical and realistic.
