Look at him go.....

Well, it's true what they say. Kids grow-up too fast. Alex is now sitting up on his own. Granted, it's a tripod sit - but he's able to support himself! I'll post some pictures soon but I haven't been able to take pictures of him yet because I generally sit behind him to keep him from rolling all over the place. Oh, and speaking of rolling, he's finally rolling over on his own (he was kind of lazy about it - he could, he just wouldn't). We have also started to try solid foods. Good ol' rice cereal - mmmmmmmmm. He seems to like it but he hasn't quite figured out the spoon so I'm holding off on solids everyday until he starts to swallow better. Most of what goes in the mouth comes right back out of the mouth. Man, I really do need to take some pictures of him in his highchair or his Bumbo chair (with the tray). Babies are so cute when they're sitting in their little chairs!
Anyway, these are all of the latest developments with the little munchkin. Oh, and he also slept all night the night before last. He was up at 1:30 and 5:00 again last night, but one night of uninterrupted sleep did wonders for mommy.
Hopefully I can get some videos up here and more pictures for everyone's enjoyment. Some of you won't even recognize the little booger - he's changed to much in the past month. And he's also gotten huge! I have some serious biceps right now and I'm not even lifting weights. I'm lifting an Alex!
